Alex LaBeau | President

Alex became IACI’s President on September 25, 2006, only the fifth person to hold the position in the organization’s history. Alex had participated extensively on IACI’s Public Affairs and Tax Policy Committees since 1993 as Government Affairs Director on behalf of the Idaho Association of Realtors, and in January 2004 was named CEO of that organization.

He holds a BA in Communications (Journalism and Mass Media) and a Master of Public Administration, both from Boise State University. In 2001, he was inducted into Pi Alpha Alpha, the National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration.

Alex is a proud dad to his teenage son, A.J.



John Eaton | Vice President

John joined IACI in 2017 taking on the role of Vice President. John is a 1994 graduate of Washington State University, holds a degree in Political Science, and has over 25 years of experience in lobbying and legislative relations. John has also been active in running several political campaigns from City Council races to Congress.

John’s primary duties for the IACI include serving as a lobbyist on an extensive variety of issues, overseeing all aspects of its PAC, the Idaho Prosperity Fund, as well as staffing the organization’s Potato Processors Committee.

John and his wife, Pam, live in Meridian with their son Zach and daughter Reagan.



Rose Walker | Director of Administration

Rose Walker joined IACI in February 2022 as the Director of Administration.  She received her degree in Business Management from George Fox University. 

Before coming to IACI, Rose was the 1031 Exchange Coordinator for two local commercial developers. Prior to this role, She worked for a large local law firm, focusing primarily on real estate transactions.

Rose and her husband, Chad, live in Meridian with their children and a menagerie of four-legged rescues.



Jessica Anderson | Director of Strategic Communications

Jessica joined the IACI team in June 2023 as the Director of Strategic Communications. She received her degree in Communication/Journalism from Boise State University, where she is currently an Executive MBA candidate. 

Before coming to IACI, Jessica served as the Public Affairs Manager for Amalgamated Sugar Company, managing communications, government relations, and community outreach. Her work in public policy included managing Amalgamated Sugar's federal PAC and working with state and federal lobbyists on issues critical to the agricultural industry.
